Terms of use

1. What Thai Board is

Thai Board is a marketplace where customers find businesses that provide services and sell goods in Thailand, and talk to them. A business can be a company or a person working alone.

We are an intermediary. We are not a party to agreements between customers and businesses, we do not provide their services, sell their goods or take payment for them. The parties agree the terms, the price and the payment method between themselves; the business that provided the service or sold the goods is responsible for it.

2. Account

• You sign in with your Telegram account. You are responsible for actions taken from it.
• The service is for people over 18.
• You can delete your account in the mini app profile if you have no unfinished deals.

3. Businesses and their members

• Services and goods are published on behalf of a business. The person who creates a business becomes its owner and can invite members by a one-time link, assigning their rights.
• The owner is responsible for the accuracy of the business information and for what members do on its behalf.
• The number of businesses one person may own is limited by the account plan.

4. Publications and moderation

Every business, listing and review is moderated before publication and again after any change. Moderation checks a publication against the rules; it does not guarantee the quality of services and goods.

• Do not publish goods and services prohibited by Thai law, nor weapons, drugs, sexual services, gambling, forged documents or pyramid schemes.
• Do not mislead: false information about yourself, other people's photos, hidden conditions, duplicates of the same listing.
• No spam, insults, threats, discrimination or unsolicited offers in chats.
• By publishing content you confirm you have the rights to it and allow us to show it in the service while it is published.

5. Chats and contacts

Customers and businesses talk in the built-in chat. The service does not disclose your contacts — you decide whether to share them. Moderators may view a conversation when handling a dispute or a report.

6. Deals, disputes and reviews

• A deal in the service records what the parties agreed: the subject, the amount, the statuses of completion and confirmation.
• If something goes wrong, either party can open a dispute. A moderator reviews the chat and the terms of the deal and decides within the service: for example, closes the deal, restricts publications or blocks the party at fault. Money for services does not pass through the service, so we neither hold nor refund it.
• A review can be left only for a finished deal; each side rates the other. You cannot delete or hide a review about yourself; moderation handles reviews that break the rules.

7. How results are ranked

Listings are selected by category, city and query. Among suitable ones, listings of businesses with active promotion come first, the rest follow in a random order that is reshuffled periodically (hourly by default), so no business stays at the bottom for good. Customer requests are sent to suitable businesses; promoted businesses receive them earlier. Promotion is not a rating of quality and does not affect moderation or reviews.

8. Paid services

• Using the service, publishing listings and writing to businesses is free. The platform takes no commission on deals.
• Paid: business promotion (higher in results and earlier in line for requests) and the account plan (the limit of businesses you can own). These are digital services of the platform; prices and periods are shown in the mini app before payment.
• Payment is in Telegram Stars through Telegram; in the browser version of the mini app, in roubles through Platega (SBP, card, cryptocurrency). A subscription renews at the end of its period; you can turn renewal off at any time in the mini app and keep the period you paid for.
• Questions about payments and refunds: the /paysupport command in the bot or [email protected]. Stars are refunded through Telegram under Telegram's rules, roubles through Platega.
• Promotion does not guarantee clients or requests.

9. Restrictions and blocking

If the rules are broken we may reject or remove a publication, restrict features or block an account or a business. We tell you the reason in the bot. If you disagree, write to [email protected] and another moderator will review the decision. Promotion paid for is not refunded when blocking is for breaking the rules.

10. Liability

• The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruptions but do not guarantee that.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of businesses' services and goods, for the performance of agreements between users, or for what users publish about themselves.
• In any case our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid the service in the last 3 months.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date; we announce significant changes in the bot. By continuing to use the service you accept the new version.

12. Disputes and contact

If you have a claim, write to us first at [email protected] — we answer within 30 days and will try to settle it. Anything these terms do not cover is governed by applicable law.
